Return/Refund/Exchange

RETURN

Any request for returns must be reported by e-mail to our customer service at contact@itrsneakerstore.com, within 14 days of receipt of your order.

You will need:

To return your product. This product must be completely new, that is, not worn and in their original packaging, perfectly intact. Once we receive your product, our team will make sure that your product is still "new".

  • Return your product in a separate package in order to avoid any degradation of the original packaging.
  • Send us the return form that you will receive by e-mail. You will have to slide this form inside the package. Without the presence of this form our team will unfortunately not be able to process your request.

We know that this procedure is binding, but unfortunately we have not found any other solutions.

 

RETURN FEE : BELGIUM

If your order has been delivered in Belgium, you have nothing to pay: your return is offered by ITR !

You will simply have to send us your return request by e-mail to the address contact@itrsneakerstore.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Following your request, you will receive an e-mail explaining the steps to be followed. We recommend that you read it carefully.

 

RETURN FEE : INTERNATIONAL

If your order has been delivered outside of Belgium, the cost of return is at your expense.

You will simply have to send us your return request by e-mail to the address contact@itrsneakerstore.com within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Following your request, you will receive an e-mail indicating the steps to be followed. We recommend that you read it carefully.

 

RETURN STATUS:

Return Accepted: Any return is accepted from the moment the following conditions are met:

  • The ITR team judges your product has not been worned and in its original packaging, perfectly intact.
  • The return is made in a separate shipment package, in order to avoid any damages of the original packaging.
  • The return form is present in your package.

Refund procedure: When your return is accepted. You will be refunded within 7 working days on the payment method you used.

Return Denied: Unfortunately, any return will be denied if one of the following conditions is not met:

  • The ITR team considers your product is product damaged, worn or if it appears to be used. In addition, the state of the packaging and accessories will also be verified.
  • The return is not made in a separate shipment package.
  • The return form is not present in your package.

Return denied procedure: The ITR team will notify you by email or telephone that your return is refused. We will, of course, specify the conditions that are not met. You will then have the option of reshipping your product to the address of your choice, at your own expense.

 

CONCELLATION AND REFUND

You want to cancel your order and get a refund  ?

Any request for refund must be reported by e-mail to our customer service at contact@itrsneakerstore.com, within 14 days after your order and you will receive your refund with the payment method used within 24/48h. 

IF YOU WANT A REFUND AFTER THE RETURN : 

Once your return has been received, processed and accepted, the refund will be made to the payment method used at the time of your order, within 24 to 48 hours from the date of receipt of your return by our team.

If your return is refused, you will be informed by e-mail or telephone within 7 calendar days of our receiving your return. We will be able to return the product to the address of your choice, at your expense.

EXCHANGE OF YOUR ORDER

If your delivery address is in Belgium, you don't have to pay anything: we offer you the return shipping costs! You must make your exchange request via our email ( Contact@itrsneakerstore.com) You must submit your exchange request by mail within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Following your exchange request, you will receive by e-mail your stamped return slip as well as a return form to be slipped into your parcel.

Once your return has been received and processed, our customer service department will send you a credit note for the value of the original order (excluding postage), to be used within a period of 12 months after receipt.
